Stayed here already 2 times and for sure will go back soon. Lovely, cozy and clean. Great access to the aqua zone. This time there was no kettle in the room, just a bit disappointed but not a big deal. Great breakfast choice.

The hotel is very good, it's on the list of historical hotels and all the rooms are nicely decorated.
The breakfast is good with a nice variety of local cheese.
The hotel has a direct connection with the Rometherme through a private tunnel, this way you can get to the spa from the room wearing bathrobes.
This is our favorite hotel in Baden and we've been here a few times already.

Great hotel with lovely design and atmosphere.Just one thing, that spoiled the impression. A kettle was announced in the room, but it wasn't there. At our request in reseption, told us that there was a heater in the hall, but it only worked for a few hours and the water was a little warm, which it was not possible to make tea or coffee.
It was really frustrating.
Great block out blinds, allowing a great sleep. Rooms include unlimited access to the romertherme. The breakfast (also included) is good and served in a lovely dining room. The decor in lobby is utterly bizarre but extremely entertaining. The hotel is also very conveniently located; easy walk to town centre, casino, rose garden, amongst other tourist sites. Will likely stay here again when back in Baden Bei Wien .
Loved the overall experience. Service was slick but not in your face. Building is stunning with some great quirky interior design features. Love the trust approach to the downstairs billiard room room and bar. Utilised the e-scooters which was great. Fantastic breakfast. Being connected to the spa and so close to town was also fantastic.
Lovely hotel, great access to the thermal baths, comfy bed.. but why in earth would anyone make heavy slamming door in all the rooms? Impossible to rest in this nice environment, because you are constantly woken up by someone entering or leaving another room in the hall :( What a pitty.. otherwise would be 5 stars
